Peaceful Films Inc. provides professional photography and videography services for real estate, commercial, and personal use. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

·         A deposit may be required to confirm you’re booking.

·         Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

·         Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 1 days prior to the scheduled service.

·         We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

·         Cancellations made within 1 days of the scheduled service may be subject to partial or full charges.

·         Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the nature of the cancellation and services rendered.

4. Intellectual Property

·         All media created by Peaceful Films Inc. remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·         Clients receive usage rights for personal or commercial purposes as outlined in the service agreement.

·         Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification of our content is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

·         Clients must provide timely access to the property or location.

·         Cooperation is required to ensure safety and efficiency during the shoot.

·         Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

6. Privacy and Cookie Consent

Use of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes our cookie consent practices.
We use a cookie consent banner to ensure non-essential cookies (e.g., analytics, marketing) are only loaded after user acceptance, in accordance with Canadian privacy regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability
