A: Our standard service area includes the Kitchener-Waterloo core.
For locations beyond this zone (or outside a 20 km radius of our base), a travel fee of $0.65 CAD per kilometer round-trip will be applied. Any paid parking, tolls, or building access fees are billed at cost.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our standard delivery times are:
Photos and 3D tours within 24–48 hours;
Cinematic videos within 48–72 hours.
Rush delivery options are available for an extra fee.
